York
WTC Hubs

We deliver our programmes throughout the UK in learning and worshipping communities at various Hub locations.

2023 YORK Hub_001

The York Hub meets on Tuesday evenings between 6.30pm and 9.30pm.

York Vineyard Church and York Community Church are delighted to partner with WTC in the launch of the York WTC Hub. We believe in the power of studying theology in helping disciples go deeper in their understanding of the character of God, and equipping the local church to fulfil Jesus’ commission of ushering in the Kingdom of God”

Our York Hub is WTC’s newest Hub! For the first time, WTC has a Hub in the North East of England, which has been formed out of partnership with York Vineyard Church and York Community Church. We are very excited to see this Hub thrive and grow in the vibrant city of York.

York Vineyard Church‘s vision is to build a diverse 21st century church that is vibrant in worship and is ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit; a church that is cultivating relationships which provide a compassionate and inclusive environment; a church that is fun to be in and that is relevant for today.

York Community Church has been a witness for Christ in the east of York since November 1993. They are committed to seeing people encounter the love of God through Jesus Christ, and are therefore continuing to build wisely to increasingly become a place of discipleship, pastoral care, and mission.

Hub Director:

Rebekah Horner

Rebekah Horner

Hello! I’m Rebekah and I am delighted to be the Hub Director for York and the North East.

I am married to Nathan, a worship leader at our church (York Vineyard, where the Hub evenings will take place) and we have two young children. My passion in ministry lies in hospitality and pastoral care, especially for displaced families. One of my greatest joys is seeing lives transformed by the grace and power of Jesus and it is this that excites me most about WTC’s vision. My prayer is that as Hub Director I can play a part in helping students draw even closer to God.

Studying with WTC is designed for people of all ages and from all walks of life. WTC’s incredible team of people are there to facilitate deep, theological, life-changing study. If you are interested in studying with WTC, or would like to know what a Hub evening looks like, please get in touch. I would love to have a chat!
